Am I a web designer or web developer?

I srtongly believe that specialising just in web design or web development puts limitation on the overall service. It is impossible for a web designer to create a decent website without knowledge of development and, naturally, this works both ways. I can create stunning websites, and I can create easy to use content management systems.
